You assume full legal and financial responsibility for ensuring compliance with all jurisdictional requirements. We disclaim all liability for unauthorised possession, use, or distribution of purchased materials.
4. Product Classification & Disclaimer
All products offered on this Website:
- Are not therapeutic goods and are not listed on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG);

By submitting an order, you confirm that:
- All information provided is accurate, current, and complete;
- You are authorised to use the designated payment method;

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
You agree to contact us in good faith to resolve any order or billing issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your card issuer or bank. Initiating a chargeback in respect of an order that has been delivered, or that you have accepted, without first attempting resolution with us, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
In the case of a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback, we reserve the right to recover the disputed amount together with any associated bank fees, administrative costs, and legal expenses, and to refuse future service to the account holder.
7. Shipping, Title & Risk of Loss
We endeavour to dispatch orders promptly from our Australian distribution facility. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout and constitute good-faith projections rather than guaranteed commitments.
Title and risk of loss transfer to the purchaser upon dispatch from our facility. You bear sole responsibility for:
- Compliance with import regulations, customs requirements, and biosecurity protocols in your jurisdiction;
- Payment of duties, taxes, and customs fees;
- Proper handling, storage, and chain-of-custody documentation upon receipt.
Subject to your non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we assume no liability for orders delayed, seized, destroyed, or rejected by customs authorities, law enforcement agencies, or regulatory bodies. No refunds or replacements will be issued for shipments confiscated due to import violations or regulatory non-compliance.
8. Export Controls & International Orders
Certain products may be subject to Australian or international export control legislation, including the Defence Trade Controls Act 2012 (Cth) and equivalent foreign regulations. You warrant that your purchase, receipt, and use of products will comply with all such laws. We reserve the right to refuse export of any product to any jurisdiction at our sole discretion.
9. Returns, Refunds & Product Integrity
Due to the perishable, temperature-sensitive, and regulated nature of biochemical research materials, change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
If products arrive demonstrably damaged, contaminated, or materially incorrect (wrong item or quantity), you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@silverbackpeptides.com.au with comprehensive photographic documentation and batch numbers. We will, at our discretion, provide a replacement product or refund.
Nothing in this clause limits any non-excludable consumer guarantee, right or remedy available to you under the Australian Consumer Law (see Section 13).
10. Promotional Offers
Discount codes, promotional pricing, and special offers are subject to modification or withdrawal without prior notice. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotional benefits are non-cumulative; only one discount code may be applied per transaction. Promotional credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
11. Marketing Communications
We send commercial electronic messages only where you have given consent in accordance with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). Every marketing email contains a functional unsubscribe link. You may also unsubscribe at any time by emailing privacy@silverbackpeptides.com.au.
12. Account Security
Registered account holders are responsible for maintaining strict confidentiality of login credentials and for all activities occurring under their account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts exhibiting suspicious activity or Terms violations.
13. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where we are entitled to do so under section 64A of the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for breach of a non-excludable consumer guarantee is limited, at our option, to:

- the repair of the goods;
- the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or acquiring equivalent goods; or
- the payment of the cost of having the goods repaired.

We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, customs or biosecurity holds, courier or postal service disruptions, raw material or supply chain shortages, labour disputes, or failures of utilities or telecommunications.
18. Privacy & Data Protection
Our collection, use, and retention of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Website, you acknowledge our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
19. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales. You irrevocably consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in such courts.
20. Amendments & Updates

Continued use of the Website following such modifications constitutes binding acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
