Shipping & Delivery

Silverback Peptides ships research-grade peptides and reference compounds Australia-wide from our distribution centre, with international shipping available on request. All orders are sent via Australia Post.

Shipping rates (Australia)

  • Standard shipping: $15 flat rate
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $300
  • Express shipping: available at checkout — cost calculated based on weight and destination

Shipping is calculated at checkout and defaults to the cheapest available shipping class. You can upgrade to Express at the checkout step.

Dispatch and delivery timeframes

  • Dispatch: orders are dispatched same business day where possible. Orders placed after our daily cut-off, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
  • Standard delivery (Australia): typically 2–5 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Express delivery (Australia): usually 1–3 business days from dispatch.

These timeframes are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Delivery can be affected by carrier delays, weather, and other factors outside our control.

Shipment tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you once your order is dispatched. You can use it to monitor delivery progress directly with Australia Post.

Once an order is dispatched, the parcel is in the carrier’s care. Address redirections, delivery rescheduling, and delivery enquiries should be made directly through Australia Post using your tracking number. If you experience an issue you can’t resolve with the carrier, please contact us so we can help.

Split shipments

Some orders may be split into multiple packages depending on stock availability. If this happens, each parcel will have its own tracking number. If you have received all your tracked parcels and items are still missing, please contact our support team at support@silverbackpeptides.com.au within 48 hours of the final parcel’s delivery.

International shipping

We ship internationally on a quote-by-request basis. To request a quote, email us at support@silverbackpeptides.com.au with the products you’re interested in and your destination address. We will provide a shipping cost and any relevant compliance information before you place your order.

International customers are responsible for:

  • Compliance with import regulations, customs requirements, and biosecurity protocols in your jurisdiction;
  • Payment of any duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your country;
  • Ensuring your purchase complies with applicable export and import control laws, including the Defence Trade Controls Act 2012 (Cth) where applicable.

Subject to your non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are unable to refund or replace orders that are delayed, seized, destroyed, or rejected by customs, biosecurity, or other regulatory authorities. See Sections 7 and 8 of our Terms & Conditions for full detail.

Title and risk of loss

Title and risk of loss in your order pass to you on dispatch from our facility. If your order arrives damaged, contaminated, or incorrect, please follow the process set out in our Refunds & Returns policy — notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
