- Are Silverback Peptides products for human consumption?
- No. All products are strictly for laboratory and scientific research use only. They are not intended for human consumption, medical use, or veterinary use.
- How do I verify peptide purity?
- Every batch includes third-party HPLC testing. Request the COA for your batch via the product page or contact support@silverbackpeptides.com.au.
- What is bacteriostatic water?
- A sterile water solution containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol as a preservative. It is supplied as a laboratory solvent for research use only and is not a therapeutic good.
- How fast is shipping within Australia?
- Orders are dispatched within 48 hours from Sydney. Express metro delivery is typically next business day.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We currently accept PayID and direct bank transfer. Order details and payment instructions are shown on the order confirmation page and emailed to you. Orders are dispatched once payment clears.
- Can I track my order?
- Yes. You receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Track via the link in your confirmation email.
