Refunds & Returns
Silverback Peptides supplies temperature-sensitive research compounds. Once dispatched, our products cannot be returned to stock because we have no way to verify they have been stored and handled correctly outside our facility. For this reason, our refund and return policy is structured around order issues we can verify on arrival, rather than change-of-mind returns.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded. See Section 13 of our Terms & Conditions for full detail.
Change-of-mind returns
Due to the perishable, temperature-sensitive, and regulated nature of research peptides, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
Damaged, incorrect, or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged, contaminated, incorrect (wrong item or quantity), or otherwise faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@silverbackpeptides.com.au. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this timeframe.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number;
- Your full name and contact details;
- A clear description of the problem;
- Photographs of the product, packaging, and any visible damage;
- The batch number from the product label.
Once we receive your report, we will assess the issue and, at our discretion, provide either a replacement product or a refund to your original payment method.
Order cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@silverbackpeptides.com.au.
- Before dispatch: we will cancel the order and refund the full amount to your original payment method.
- After dispatch: the order cannot be cancelled, as the cold chain and chain-of-custody have begun. If the dispatched order is later found to be damaged or incorrect on arrival, the process above applies.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your card issuer or bank.
Customs and delivery issues
Subject to your non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are unable to refund or replace orders that are delayed, seized, destroyed, or rejected by customs authorities, biosecurity, or other regulatory bodies. Customers are responsible for ensuring their order complies with the import rules of their delivery jurisdiction. See Section 7 of our Terms & Conditions for full detail.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you believe there is a problem with your order or a charge on your account, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us — particularly for orders that have been delivered and accepted — may constitute a breach of our Terms & Conditions.
